This year’s exhibition in Moscow reflected the constant growth of the Russian casino market, with substantially more participants from major companies and significantly higher visitor numbers. The participation of Casino Technology at EELEX (14 -16 December 2003) brought very positive response from customers. This provided an extremely important testimony that that Company’s direction and focus is on target because it proved that, with its innovative approach and unique presentation, the company is on the right track to gain a leading position on the Russian market as a key player. The company enjoyed phenomenal customer interest, and during the show negotiated several contacts with major casinos, in both Moscow and the rest of the country.

New contacts with operators from the other countries in Eastern Europe and Asia were also established, as well as discussions on several pending projects.

Amongst its exciting new products the company presented the new 25-line video slot Stone Heart and video multi-game Mega Jack. The new games feature an innovative and compelling double screen game format that provides more interaction and fun for the players. Of particular interest was Casino Technology’s roulette system Casino Prince - and electronic betting roulette terminals Prince - series 7900, coupled with the newest automatic Slingh Shot by Cammegh - to create a highly acclaimed innovative game. The unique capabilities of the roulette system were carefully assessed by casino managers and recognized as extremely proficient and innovative. Additionally, Casino Technology presented some of its highly original interior design solutions, dazzling themed jackpot signs and displays, and accessories.

The Company hosted a reception for its customers in the Hilton, Moscow during the second day of the show that provided an opportunity to reinforce the new and the existing contacts in a pleasant and informal atmosphere.

Following the extremely fast growth of the in demand for Company products in Russia, a new office was opened in Moscow last year. The office quickly expanded its facilities in order to accommodate a sales and service center. As form beginning of 2004, the office will offer 24/7 customer service support for major casinos and customers in the Moscow area. The office also supports and services JCM devices under a service center agreement with the Japanese manufacturer of peripheral devices. After appropriate training, the center will offer support of the Cammegh wheels in order to ensure a full and complete support for the Company’s products range.
